AVOID. Selling Opened/Used/defective components as NEW. Will charge RESTOCKING FEE for returned DEFECTIVE items that are NOT customers fault. So-called "Customer Service" reps will lie and deceive to placate customers with legitimate complaints.
BUYER BEWARE! This company is no longer concerned with customer satisfaction and selling reliable quality merchandise. It's only about how much merchandise they can drop-ship.

They're the best. Shopping with them is bitter-sweet because I live near them in SoCal, I have to pay sales tax, but I get UPS ground next day. I only wish they would have free shipping on any order over a certain amount like big river does...

Does not price match, initially bought something for a higher price, price dropped in 5 days. Contacted Customer service, was informed that they do not price-match. Welcome to the New World. Won't buy from them again.

Newegg rejected my FW CashBack without explaining why even though FW showed the click and support investigated. I will not order from them again.

The punks denied my Cash Back. I have ordered a lot of stuff off of their website and never had any problems, but this peeves me. So if you're big into Cash Back like I am, stay away.

I've placed 4 orders with Newegg in the past 2 weeks and have been amazed at the turn around time. 2 of the orders (a TV and an Xbox 360 game) were received BEFORE the order tracking email was received. The tv was ordered late afternoon and I had it on my door step the following morning.

i've been a Newegg customer for 5+ years and their products have been great. my only complaint is that their delivery has been very bad lately, both orders i made 10 business days ago still haven't arrived....

Just a warning for anyone who does a "refuse delivery" item from Newegg. They will take their sweet time giving your money back, even though the tracking number shows the item as refused delivery and returned to Newegg. I'm on my 6th day now and still waiting for them to give my money back. They just keep giving a runaround about it taking 3-5 days, which is NOT true, and yes I have proof of it.

Been a Newegg customer for the past 3 years but lately they're giving lousy service or bad practice from rebates to not so polite and helpful customer support. Now Newegg is my last choice.

I used to always use Newegg for all my computer related needs until recently I recommended them to a coworker. The coworker ordered a DVD burner for their laptop and it was defective. Not only was I surprised that they would not cover the return shipping but a RESTOCKING FEE! What the heck? If you sell a defective product and someone returns it within days of receiving it you should pay for the return shipping and shi them a new one for free. Now I feel real stupid for referring them to Newegg as well as I just lost faith in them.
