I just picked up a Weber Spirit E-210 Grill brand new for $199. Regular price is $400. This was store clearance in SoCal. Good luck hunting if you are in the market for a nice Weber grill.

Agree with OP - happy hunting. I recently purchased a floor model Weber Genesis E-310 grill at a Sears in NJ for $349 ($329 after a $20 off Sears Outlet coupon). They usually never go on sale and are hard to find for anything less than $649 or $699.
The trick is finding them - none of the other Sears near me had any left. But if they do, they're looking to get rid of them. Usually only floor models though - I think Weber objects to sales on non-floor models.
Having the controls use all the shelf surface on the right side makes weber grills dead to me... you have to spend over $1000 just to get a grill with the controls on the front (The Summit Series)
I really wanted a Weber for the build quality, but could not overcome the controls being on that shelf, it plain made no sense, and they make you pay a lot of money for nonsense.
If there was any advantage to having the burners horizontal or putting those controls on the shelf, why would they offer their top of the line products with the sensible front controls and perpendicular burners?
the burners side to side SUUUUUCK.... worthless for zone cooking... that is my only gripe on the webers... dont know if the low chance is worth a trip though
I called in the Sears in El Monte, CA. I asked the Weber E-210 at $199. I was told they have two. I drove for about 30 miles one way to get it. When I got there, I was told they are selling at $399 (mis-communication, I guess). But I was told they have a floor model for sell at a cheaper price. The price tag says it's $257. I ask if they can sale it to me at $199. The assistant agrees to ask his manager. It turns out they can sell it to me at $119. Yes, $119. The reason is the floor model has been on sale for a while and they had not update the tag. What a steal. Thanks to OP and surfsidedetail.
There are a couple of other Kenmore grill models on sale as well. Their real price might be much cheaper than the tags say. Check them out if you are interested.
