Cash Back is available from FatWallet!T-Mobile: Tier Cash Back » See offers, coupons, ratings, and applicable restrictions. (see conditions)

T-Mobile rebates are YMMV.

Many people report problems getting them.

Too bad they aren't running this with the free $25 card to go with it.

I hate doing there rebates. They have tried to rip me off every time I've done this rebate

Deal's been around forever. . .
Also, you need to add AR in the title.

It has been around forever, but has been OOS for the past month or so. The Nokia 1208 is also a great deal when they offer the free $25 card (which sould show up again any day now). We bought two of the 1208s beacuse they also have a flashlight on them.

Don't forget to use FatCash first to get an additional $5 off!

BEWARE T-Mobile REBATES!

They are very hard to get. Even if you follow all the instructions they dream up some reason you don't qualify.

If you go for this deal, make sure you keep copies of everything and be prepared to fight.

This is the third time I've bought one of these. The other 2 times the rebate came without any problems whatsoever and in a relatively short amount of time.

They denied ANOTHER of my rebates again last month. Don't hold your breath.

From the rebate PDF form:
"You just activate the phone and use it at least once before Nov 30"
Must activate within 14 days of purchase.
Not valid if purch at Best Buy, Costco (and others--see FORM).

Rebate is in the form of a VISA "Rebate Card", good for 1 year. Apparently
can get cash for the card from any bank.

Just got my phone -- 2 BD shipping--very nice!
Now to fill out the printed rebate form -- but what does "T-Mobile Billing Account Number" mean ? I left it blank, hope that is a don't-care for the
rebate processing people.

I think the days of the free $25 refill card are over. They are now offering free $30 refill bonus that is automatically added to your account over a two-month period.

I purchsed 2 Nokia 2610 in September when they have the similar deal. One from store and one from website. I even saved a copy of screen shot advertised free after rebate from Website. I submitted both rebates with different name and address. Both got denied with exactly the same reason "Invalid activation/purchase date". Both phones have been activated. The one purchased at the store was activated in the store by salesman. Called the rebate center separately, both cases were found no errors. So, they just re-submitted. So far, still not receive any rebate yet.

In short, it's very hard to get T-Mobile rebate recently.

I don't recommend T-Mobile rebate route unless you have a lot of time to deal with them down the road.

for the rebate form, it ask for my Tmobile billing account #. Does anyone know where can i find such information? since it is a require field...and this is a prepaid account, i dont think there is a billing account # (9 digit)

i've been waiting for my rebate since Sept. for a earlier deal than this one. they denied it in OCT due to me not being a 'new' customer'... WRONG. Called them up and they apologized, said give another 2 wks, gave me a new case #. Comes Dec, nothing. Call them up, say you and thousands are hung up due to a computer problem. Sorry, but in two weeks checks will go out. IT has been about two weeks, got a letter daTED 12/18... says my rebate is denied cuz it was 'not activated in the correct selling point per the terms and conditions stated on the rebate form for this offer. LOL!
