This is an excellent mouse if you're used to twitch-movements, the interchangeable weights really help customize the feel of the mouse. Some find it a bit small if they tend to move the mouse with their entire arm.

Thanks for the heads up, OP, but I'm going to give this red after being suckered into a Fatality 1010 version about a year ago -- I bought two, and they've been the WORST PIECE OF JUNK MOUSE I'VE EVER HAD! They *both* broke within just a few weeks of light (not even gaming!) use. The same problem apparently plagued the design and thousands of similar complaints filled the forums due to the shoddy materials / design / craftsmanship. Literally a $3.99 optical mouse from Big Lots has been a million times better than the junky creative ones in comparison.
Never again will I buy any Creative mice (or sound cards for that matter given the fiasco with Vista / Linux drivers for their X-Fi / Audigy / etc. boards) -- they have ZERO quality control, zero support / concern for their customers.
Buy a generic mouse at WalMart, it'll probably last longer.

I've been using the 1010 for almost 2 years, never had a problem... I could have been one of the lucky ones though.

I had a 2020 for about half a year before it began to die on me. The double clicking issue gets pretty bad after a while. I really like the feel of the mouse, although not all people do. It's supposedly designed for the "claw" way of holding a mouse, where you don't rest your palm on the mouse.

Had 2 from a almost FAR Buy.com deal a couple years ago and they both ended up malfunctioning...I found a "fix" posted on the net but didn't really want to have to operate on the mouse, etc...seemed it involved superglue...
