Link to vacuum

The above link is to the vacuum, but instead of $39.97 it rang up $29.97 + tax in store (Tacoma, WA store). Pretty good deal really. It isn't a big vacuum but sufficient for moderate jobs in the garage and vacuuming your vehicles.

Would be helpful to others to add HD to your title.

Also keep an eye out for the ridgid cordless shopvac that uses the same lithium batteries. Found one a few weeks ago for half price I think it was $30 or so on clearance. Didn't think it was a good enough deal for it's on thread especially being a clearance item, but it's pretty sweet.

These Ridgid vacs are great. I've had the 5.25 horsepower version for about 5 years now. Heavy use. These are great vacs. You cant beat it for the money. I've abused mine pretty well.

It's also pretty nice to be able to remove the hose from the intake port to the exhaust port and bam! ya got a pretty good blower.

I just picked up this vac (WD0635) for $28.47 at San Marcos, CA. ...and it wasn't even on display (looks like they're now selling a Husky 6 gallon instead). I spotted it behind the netting on the top shelf and had someone grab it down for me. The box was a little banged up, but hopefully it's good to go.

Thanks to the OP for bringing this thread back... I've been keeping my eye out for this vac to go on sale, and looks like I caught it just in time. For my zip code, HomeDepot.com shows the WD0635 as $39.97 and "Online Only"... which I know wasn't always the case.
