Another topic for the same offer was post only 5 minutes later. There are more discussion over there. Here is the info I provided over there:

I found a coupon in the confirmation email (purchase this mouse with Nexxtech Laptop travel kit $39.99/FAR):

save 10% on computer and laptop accessories*
To receive this discount, print your entire confirmation email and bring it to your local Circuit City store. Coupon valid only on same day as in-store pickup of item(s) listed in order confirmation email.
...... (you'll have your own coupon code)

I hope this coupon is valid for this purchase. Then combine this coupon and 2% FW rewards, it is not only enough to cover the tax (6% in MD) and stamps but also make some profit. The rewards from credit card is extra earning.

I just received mine today ,it looks real nice, the part shipped was item #15545 not the 14462 ordered (and showing on the packing slip) ,, specs seem to be the same BUT no rebate form in the box ,, no rebate listed on the CC website ,, no rebate listed anywhere I search on their site under the manufacturers name ,, rebate was shown on website the day I ordered ??? How to proceed .. Do you pick up the form at a local CC? Is their CustServ worth calling?

OK ,, finally found it the rebate was a link in the order confirmation e:mail that simply said "20" ,, hidden real good..

God, I love the way these companies try to pull fraud on their consumers w/ the rebate game!

My product was delivered yesterday - with a peeled on UPC covering up the original one/ the one that the rebate wants (with the correct item number listed on the rebate form).

Grrrrr

thanks for the heads up. I'm glad I procrastinated mailing mine out.

edit: did you try to peel it off? both the sticker and the original upc have the correct # (14462).

^^^
Not mine!

My sticker says Item # 15545 with a completely different UPC, that being 810699010682. These are both different from the item # and UPC listed on the box.

I have a bad feeling about this rebate. Check out the website: http://www.lhbrands.com (clue: there isn't one).

It's also company fullfilled, by a company that doesn't have a website.

I'm going to return mine to the store:

Merchandise purchased online through CircuitCity.com (regardless of whether you picked it up at a store or had it delivered to your home), which meets the return guidelines for online purchases, may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must login and obtain a Return Authorization ("RA"). Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned and a handling fee may be assessed. An RA is valid for 10 days.

You may also return your merchandise to one of our stores, in which case a credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. For merchandise purchased with a gift card as the sole payment method, we will refund the balance due to you back to a new gift card unless the balance is less than $5 or prohibited by law.

Thanks... You answered before I found the answer...

For those of you risking the rebate, use a hair dryer to peel off the "fake" UPC. The real one is underneath.

Wanted to find out if someone can be kind enough to PM me a scan of the Trust Laser Combi Mouse UPC. I've misplaced my UPC, and now I can't submit my rebate...darn it.

Does anyone one get the rebate information for Trust Laser Combi Mouse? Such as confirmed email or rebate link. Sent out my rebate 10 day before. No feedback yet.
