Went into Steve and Barry's tonight and everything in the store was 8.98 or less. This included jackets, shoes, jeans, everything.

I am not sure the regular prices, but I think everything there is usually $20.00 or less.

The signs said "winter liquidation sale" and "sale can end at anytime"

This was the everett, wa store.

Same sale in Madison, WI West Town mall store

This is really good incentive to check the store out.
Thanks for the heads up, Rack

as of this morning the sale is still on I don't know about other stores, but the sale looks well organized, so I doubt its just at this location.

From my experience, you get what you pay at this store... except for maybe some jackets and Starbury shoes.

I've never seen this not the case? The only things at S&B that are more than 9 dollars, ever, are the $15 shoes. So if those are reduced in price, maybe the topic should state "Starbury shoes now $8.98" or whatever.

Hoodies are usually $12, coats a little more.

Everything there is cheaply made, but an $8.98 fleece will keep you warm if you are broke.

I bought a lot of jacktes for donations.

The t-shirts seem like any other t-shirt I've ever bought.

Yeah, I agree with most of you guys. The stuff is pretty much on the cheap side but they do have a few nice things. I consider this store a low budget version of Old Navy and that's not saying much.

I love this store...things are cheap, but i don't think they're any less quality then GAP or Old Navy. People sometimes get blinded by labels and price tags. by all means buy cheap!

Its pretty much on "sale" all the time. Quality is what you pay for. T-shirts are good. Their jackets, fleeces are pretty low quality.

This includes EVERYTHING in the store. I went tonight in Decatur, IL, they're calling it a "Grand Opening Sale" since it just opened, but the deal is the same.

I bought a pair of Starbury's, another pair of jeans, and another hoodie for $29ish after tax

I've had one pair of all those things above for about 5 months now, and they're all holding up awesome. I love the shoes, especially. Great deal for those who want to save some money (isn't that all of us?)

I'm in college, so this stuff comes in very handy.
