Thanks for the heads-up, OP - the SO likes to shop there and is likely eligible.

You should get something that's the same price everywhere.... like a good set of knives or maybe use it for cooking classes... then of course... you can always RE-GIFT it!

Here's how class action lawsuits should be reformed:

1. Cap attorney fees at $500K
2. Company has to refund entire purchase price to consumers
3. Consumer has to pay shipping back to the manufacturer

As they stand today, class action lawsuits are a farce. I'm not one of those people who think we need "tort reform". I'm one of those people who think we need "thieving lawyer" reform.
